Included in this post are a work by Sol Lewitt, Wall Drawing #111 (bottom), and one of my variations of digital collages I have been working on (top), which are comprised of layered (and edited) photographs of bits of paper stained with dilute acrylic paint and other media. Lewitt is known for his instructional wall drawings, which are completely preconceived in the manner they are to be executed but not in the way they will look. I find this particular drawing of his that I am posted to have a strong relationship with one of my drawings from an earlier post of mine, I believe from week one or two (Guillermo Kuitca was the artist included in that post).
