Poetics of Space response

The reading was an interesting look into an individual and their connections to the home. His examination into the home was deep and clearly well thought out. To make his statements more reasonable and relatable he works in examples of different types of homes and their relation to the individual. During the reading I felt that Bachelard’s writing was thinned out and should have been condensed into a shorter and bolder explanation of the home.
